Mastery of Learning is an evolutionary program designed to rekindle your curiosity and give you the tools to satisfy it. Previously presented in weekend-long trainings, it has now been redeveloped as a personalized series of individual sessions.

The Extended Format

The new format of the Mastery of Learning consists of a series of five sessions of approximately 1-1/2 to 3 hours in length. You can arrange the process to fit your schedule rather than having to change your schedule to fit the course. You get to plan your schedule and what you want to get out of the evolution. We develop the procedure so that you get what you want and need in the most efficient manner possible. You get individual attention. Available for groups and individuals.

The content of the sessions includes:

• Comprehensive reading: Learn how to increase your reading speed and comprehension. You will at least double your reading speed with equal or better comprehension.
• Ideamapping™: a non-linear way of organizing thoughts and notes that you can adapt to the way that you think.
• Chaos and Complexity: This is developed from the new science of complexity and chaos, and the work of Nobel Laureate Ilya Prigogine. Learn how to manage when things are complex and chaotic and not take it personally.
• Anxiety Management: Anxiety, when you harness it gives you power to bring closure to things. When anxiety passes a certain threshold, it becomes pathologic. In the short term it usually shows up in one of two ways: the body shows up but not the intellect and spirit, or people “go postal.” Over time, anxiety leads to stress related illnesses that may require a long recovery time. Learn how to harness anxiety and use its power to bring closure, and how to recover yourself before anxiety becomes pathologic.
• Looping: Learn a technique that will allow you to clearly and concisely state yourself on paper. It is a remarkably effective tool for creativity, clarity, and bringing resolution.
• Integration: Learn to tie what you learned together and apply it to your personal projects and needs.
