April 19 4 Book Salon for Curious Readers

Evolve Your Brain

The Science of Changing Your Mind

by Joe Dispenza

Joe Dispenza is the chiropractor that appeared in What the Bleep…. In part, it is a story about his recovery from a catastrophic automobile/bike accident. (He was on the bicycle.) It is also about the neuroscience that he used to help his mind heal his body.

Why bother to read it?

The book is a thought-provoking look into the neurological basis of how we change our minds and, in part, how changing our mind changes our body. It is an interesting look into thinking and learning at the neuronal level.

This is the first salon in our three-part series on neuroplasticity.
